Podium for James McGreevey in Mayo TT

The Castlebar Open TT was held last weekend with a number of Westport riders taking part. There was some good performances by our Westport members who had to tackle a challenging 38km route around Beltra Lough in GlenIsland. The TT event is an individual race against the clock where power and aerodynamics are crucial to earning a fast time! On the day James McGreevey posted a super time of 53.12 to to land himself the bronze medal in a very strong field of riders.
