Sunday Spins

Sunday road spins resume for 2021 with a spin to suit everyone.

Groups meet at the Clock in Westport where we start and finish our spin. This is a members only session and all members must hold a valid Cycling Ireland licence.

Times and groups

Red group meeting at 8.30am , racing group

Blue group meeting at 8.45am , club racers

Green group meeting at 9am , club members with minimum one year experience

Rainbow group meeting at 9.15am, beginners spin
