New spinning classes starting

Spinning classes starting on Monday the 14th from 7 – 8 pm and 8 – 9 pm also every Friday evening starting on the 18 th from 8 – 9 pm. Cost €10 per class/€50 for 8 sessions. Arrive 20 minutes early for set up etc. Location beside Flynn Furniture in the Paddock, Newport road,Westport. First right after Maxol filling station. Bring bike,towel and liquids.
