Club Spinning class – Seniors, Juniors, Beginners

The club spinning class continues at St Patricks Primary school this Wednesday 11th Nov.

The class will be from 7 to 8pm under the instruction of Micheal Brady. This will be a great opportunity to experience a clash unique to cycling club but allowing everyone to go at their own pace.

The club will supply the turbo trainers on a first come, first served basis so those with a turbo trainer at home at asked to bring theirs along.

The club are offering a great “Pay Up Front” deal of only 20 euro for the 5 classes to Xmas, otherwise its 5 euro per class.

So bring your bike, towels, water and legs for a good leg building set of classes.

New members very welcome and will be showing how to set the turbo on the night and monitored during the class and given great tips.

Junior and Youths are also welcome to these classes.
