Wednesday Time Trial – Round 3 – 8KM

Wednesday night continue the chance to experience some Time Trial training and an finishing with an individual TT .

Meeting as usual at the Skate Park with departure at 6.30 PM SHARP. We are losing light so make sure you are there and ready to go.

The experienced TT riders in the club will take out a few groups and go through the basics of TT riding. They will also get the riders into TT team scenario and show you how to handle this.

Tonights session will end with an individual 8km TT. This will be timed so you can use it for reference.

This is the 3rd in a 4 week series.

This is open to ALL riders in the club.
