Giro de Baile

The Annual Giro de Baile will be held in Ballycastle Co Mayo on the 2nd of Aug at 10am from the Ballycastle Community Hall.

Calling all cyclists! Dust down your bikes and take part in the Giro De Baile in Co. Mayo this August.

Hosted by Baile and Chaisil Cycling Club, the Giro follows a wonderfully scenic from Ballycastle Village right along the North Mayo Coast, right into the heart of Erris. Discover the rugged coastline of North Mayo with Céide and the Staggs of Broadhaven in the distance.

The ride is not a race – it is a chance to enjoy a challenge with like-minded people. Choose from three challenging routes: 130km, 60km or a 10km family route. All routes are clearly marked routes with signage and marshals. All finishers receive a specially designed medal; and there are free food and drinks for all participants. Other facilities include a professional bike service; shower and changing facilities; and free camping.

The entry fee is €35 per person, or just €30pp for Cycling Ireland Members. The family route costs just €5.
