Richard

Name: Richard Meaney

How long have you been bike racing: Just 2 years
Hopes for 2015 season: Enjoy it… and pick up a win along the way
Hopes for Rás 2015: Get there fit & healthy and then survive!
Interesting Fact: I’m not from around here! I was born and raised in Limerick, but my mother is from Newport
Random Thought: Racing & training can be tough, you need all the help & support you can get, so a big thanks to my loved ones

Name: James McGreevy

Occupation: Lab Assistant in Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Westport
How long have you been bike racing: 2 years open racing
Hopes for 2015 season / Rás 2015: To spend less time hitting the tarmac this year than last, and to get enough points for an A1 licence

How long have you been bike racing: Raced as under age and junior in the 80s and for the last ten years after a long break
Hopes for 2015 season / Rás 2015: Hope to finish Rás inside the top 80 riders. And do a good ride at the Vet national time trial champs & road race
Interesting Fact / Random Thought: The Rás starts on my birthday
