Our instructor are the most experience in running indoor turbo classes in the town and are cycling Ireland members and have helped members hit there goals with charity cycles and sportif’s, our results speak for them selves !

Our youth instructor has cycling Ireland youth coaching qualifications and has coached many of the youth members to national medals.
Bring your bike, towel and water !New for the 2016 turbo seasons the club have invested in state of the art smart turbo trainers, the new trainers will connect to your smart phone or any ant+ or Bluetooth device, you will now be able to up load your training to a training peaks or strava, no more looking at a blank screen or four walls wondering how far you have cycled or how hard you have trained, all your training is recorded so you can monitor your fitness progression, you can also train and not record your session if you choose not to, Pick your sportif or charity cycle and kick start your smart training NOW !
