Sunday Group Spins Resume

All groups are planned to resume after a few weather cancellations over previous weekends.

Ladies/Beginners and Masters are all meeting at the clock at 9am sharp.

Intermediate and Racers all leaving the clock at 9am sharp.

Please ensure you have all relevant gear and drinks/food.

The ladies/beginners groups will stop for a coffee at the end of the spin. This group will also have leaders for those new to group cycling. All newcomers welcome.

Distances and routes will be confirmed on Sunday morning.
