Sign on from 6.15pm at the Amenity Park Swinford (beside Tesco).
Changing facilities and showers available.

ROUTE

• Race starts at Baxter, Ballina Road, Swinford.
• Travels through Foxford over the bridge and left towards Pontoon
• On approaching T junction at Pontoon veer left.
• Left at Healys Hotel, Pontoon onto Ross and into Castlebar
• On entering Castlebar turn left onto Turlough Road , through Turlough village and down onto N5
• Travel through Ballyvarry and onto Bohola
• Race will finish on N5 at Ballyglass, Swinford at 35mile mark or between R320(Kiltimagh Road) and R375 (Kilkelly Road) at 37mile mark. This will be confirmed asap.
