AGM
This years AGM is scheduled for Tuesday 30th October in The Castlecourt Hotel at 8pm. Please email westportcc@gmail.com with any items you want to put on the agenda.

Spinning Classes
Spinning Classes 2012 Starting Wednesday 24th October at Scoil Padraig on Altamount Street. There are two classes per night, the first at 7 to 8pm and the second at 8 to 9pm. Starting The classes cost €50 for 8 sessions or €10per night. We will be running a class this coming Wednesday 17th October from 7-8 & 8-9 to test the turbos etc €7

Covey Youth Training
Covey Youth Training Every Saturday from the Clock at 10am. 1.5hrs of an easy spin. Contact Tony on 0876435207 for further info.

Circuits
Circuit Training Cycling specific Core Strength circuit training will start back early in November.

Sunday Spins
Meeting 9am at the Clock there will be 3/4 groups beginners/intermediates/advanced see westportcc.ie for further details.

Connacht Cycling Winter Mountain Bike League
First round of the Connacht Cycling Winter Mountain bike league is on at Moore Hall wood, October 21st.
