Spinning & Circuit Training 2012

Spinning starts back next Wednesday 11th January in Scoil Padraig, Altamount St., Westport. 8 week session/50 euro or 10 euro/night. Two classes 7-8 and 8-9pm arrive early to set up bike. New surprise in store!!

Membership Wednesday 11th January before Spinning. From 6.15pm at Scoil Padraig.

Circuit Training with Jason O’Brien starts back next Monday 9th January in Scoil Padraig, Altamount St., Westport. 6 week session/30 euro or 7 euro/night.

Saturday & Sunday Spins Departing from the Clock at 9 O’Clock routes/groups/distance/time depends on numbers and weather!
