Results of Round 4 Covey Club League

'Marked man' - Patjoe O'Connell leads the Covey League.

With the extra loop of Aughagower everyone thought the Handicaps would finally come right. They did to some extent with the scratch group catching group 4 just 20m from the line. Group 3 were swamped up by Group 4 just before Mace on the second lap, however Group 2 pushed hard with 2k to go and just managed to stay away. A fine performance on the night by young Dillon Corr saw him take the spoils. Dillon only took up cycling recently and is showing great determination. Patjoe O’Connell still leads the competition with messrs Gannon, Mulchrone and Moran not too far behind. Full results will be posted shortly.
