Niall gets his new kit.

Congratulations to Niall McLoughlin, who won the Elite National Scratch Race Championship this year.

Niall will compete on the track this season both domestically and overseas, first traveling to Wales to represent his country and then spending time in Cyprus on an intense training camp.
